Tim hit a 15 rep PR.
Ric hit 455 for 8 for a PR.
Kevin hit 405 for a strong 5.
Followed DL's with:
5x10 Raised Trap Bar Deadlift
5x15 Hanging Leg Raise
5x15 Dumbbell Curls
Timed 1 mile run.
