Prowler x 10 trips
Decided to do some light squats to work on getting my stance right and getting comfortable under the bar again. I was also unusually sore from my squats on Thursday so I figured this would help loosen me up. I used the new deload 10% jumps.
Squats (no belt w/sleeves)
45 second bar holds (to get shoulders stretched) x 3
3x50,95,140,195,235,280
Things were feeling really good and light at this point so:

1x500 (beltless PR)
