531 Advanced
5's Week
Decided to switch to the Advanced until the hamstring heals. Not that I will be doing any % based squats or deads for a while but the Advanced will keep me from doing anything stupid on the Press or Bench. I also dropped my TM's quite a bit as both upper lifts were stalled out.
