Well, I haven't posted anything on here forever. Mainly because I haven't been doing anything of note. Here is what my typical week is looking like right now. I am focusing on more mobility/conditioning and still getting the hamstring back to 100%.

AM - 15 mintues AirDyne, 15 Minutes 80# vest walk, JFK video with my son.
PM - Deadlift - 5's pro + Press 5's pro* (I'm not using a TM right now for any of my lifts, just going by feel each session)

Tue
AM - 15 mintues AirDyne, 15 Minutes 80# vest walk, JFK video with my son.
PM - Tabata class with my wife

Wed
AM - 15 mintues AirDyne, 15 Minutes 80# vest walk, JFK video with my son.
PM - Squat - 5's pro + Bench 5x10*

AM - 15 mintues AirDyne, 15 Minutes 80# vest walk, JFK video with my son.
PM - Tabata class with my wife

Fri - OFF

Sat
AM - 15 mintues AirDyne, 15 Minutes 80# vest walk, Tabata class with my wife.

*The four lifts are rotated so that 3 lifts are 5's pro and 1 lift is 5x10 each week.

So my Prowler experiment went well. I wanted to see if I did 10 days in a row of 10 trips of Prowler if I could get back into "Prowler condition". Meaning, 1:00 rest between sprints. The answer is yes. Technically I did 10 of 11 days as I took one day off. This was a much faster method for me than doing 1-2 times per week which would have taken me 4-6 weeks to get back into condition. I didn't really do any lifting during this time and didn't miss it. Having said that, once I get back from the next week of traveling I am excited to get started with one of the new challenges.

My experiment was really threefold; first to see if this method of Prowler immersion would work; to get some work in before being off for a week; and to get into condition for moving into the challenges.
