Meet Prep

1x455,510,565 (this was a good lift for me as I pulled "from the floor"
vs. my usual "dive bomb" technique. This is the most I have pulled
non-dive bomb).
The 565 was pretty smooth so I did something I don't usually do and went for a PR.
0x625 (I also pulled this from the floor. I got it 1/2 way up my shins
and realized it was too far out and just dropped it. Had it been a meet
I would have fought it with my back and tried to bring it back in but
that's only worth the risk when it matters. I was pretty happy with
this as just the fact it came off the floor put me in the right mindset
for the meet.

The 225 felt incredibly heavy so I called it there.
We have our annual 7:30am Thanksgiving Conditioning Fest at the gym in
the morning. This usually consists of a lot of Prowler and sled trip. I
will be sandbagging as I don't want to mess myself up a week out from
the meet.
