III Week 1
Squat

That was it. By the time I got back from my meeting today I had
literally 15 minutes to train before my daughter's basketball game. The
10 rep set felt more like a 20 rep set due to rushing through the
session. Got it all done though - Squat and Leave and eat Ibuprofen.
