Mobility / Conditioning

Prowler + 90 x 6 Trips
This totally sucked as its been 2 months since I've done any heavy conditioning. So why do it a week out from the meet? I needed to "un-stall" my weight loss without impacting my Pre meet recovery and without having to cut calories back. The Prowler accomplishes both as nothing else does.

At 240 this AM and want to be at 238 by Thu AM without having to do any water manipulation the last couple days. I don't care about coefficient this meet, just weighing in the 242 class and hitting a 1500+ total.
