Reload

Back in the gym (Balance Point Fitnesss, Leavwnworth, WA) after my longest break ever (16 days)

20x50 10x60,75,75,75 (I thought the 75's were the heaviest DB's but later found the heavy bells under a pile of Swiss balls - I don't think the 80-100's get much use.
