3x5 pull ups + 3x5 box jumps between sets

Power Clean
Haven't done the in a long time so they were done light and didn't go for extra reps - we did do down sets.
5x105,120,140,135,135

Low Incline DB Press
15x80, 12x90, 15x100
3x5 pull ups between sets
