Weight at 237.0 this AM. 5 pounds under is a good place to be since I usually put on 4-5# between AM and the 5pm weigh-in. I'll keep liquids and carbs to a minimum until after weigh-in just to be sure I make it. Then the liquid and carb frenzy will begin :).
