Tabata - Squat Thrushers
Tire Flips - 4 man relay - 1.5x around the building.
Prowler

2x140
3x190 + 1x190 low handle

The Ladies did
Tabata,Prowler, sled drags, and 2-person tire flips.

Awesome to see 9 people with the devotion to come out on Thanksgiving morning at 7am.
