*Just the bar for a couple of reasons; I haven't box squated in? 10 years?; I wasn't sure how my back/abs would react. So far so good.
Accessories were done light for the same reason as the above. I am trying very hard not to let feeling a bit better = doing something stupid and slowing progress.
