Prowler x 50 Trips

I accepted Juliet's challenge of 150 Prowler trips in the month of May knowing that I wanted to do some kind of Prowler challenge of my own at the end of the month. My birthday is next week and I will be out of town so I had to do the challenge this week.

The Challenge: 50 x 40 yard Prowler sprints in 100 minutes.
I completed the challenge in 96.75 minutes.

The interesting thing was that everything felt horrible up to about the 20th trip. At about that point I remembered to start using my breathing between sets to bring down my heart rate. This was the key to completing the challenge and the rest of the sprints felt better - not good - than the first 20. 

I decided to do the last two sprints as one 80 yard sprint with 40 regular handle and 40 low handle which is what the video shows. It felt so much worse than what it looks in the video. On the low handle I was on the verge of both quads and both hamstrings cramping pretty much the whole 40 yards, but they didn't and I was able to finish.
