Saturday Conditioning

[B]Saturday, April 13th, 2013[/B]

Led the conditioning group at the gym.

It was pouring rain when we started so I opted for Kettlebells since no one else wanted to run hill sprints in the rain.

Kettlebells - total 0f 300 reps of misc stuff (100 of which were swings).

The sun came out when we were done so we finished with 4 Prowler sprints (3 high 1 low).
