5/3/1 Squat

Squat
5x315, 3x355, 1x405, 1x455
As with Deads and bench this week I did an extra single to see where I was at. Will reset my training max based on 455.

Oympic Squat
5 sets of 10 x 205

DL Stance Good Morning
10x135, 10x135+1 set chains x 2 sets
Why chains? Because they are always all screwed up so I had to put them back together. Figured I might as well leave them on since I had to measure distance anyway.
