Today marks the day I say goodbye to my old friend the "dive bomb" method deadlift. it has served me well but as my lifts have been getting heavier and injuries more frequent I decdied it was time for a change to the more traditional deadlift method. This means drmatically lowering my training max and doing most reps as singles to learn the new form. So now that I have my excuses laid out here goes:

3 trips low handles
