3/3/3 Deadlift

My set up on the 500x3 was UGLY. So I did one more rep with good form.

Band Good Morning
Lite Band x 20 reps x 2 sets

Band Ab Pull Downs
2 sets of 20 with Average Band

Kettlebell Side Bends
2 sets of 20 with 53# bell

Prowler
1x90, 1x180, 1x270, 1x340
Tim did the 340 which was 2xbw for him so I tried 470 and went about 6 feet. The concrete is definitely starting to get rough again as the Prowling was much harder than it was on Saturday.
