Back Raise
3 sets of 15 reps

Decline Sit Up
15x10#, 6x25#, 10x20#

30 min incline walking

Later.......
Went for a walk with the family and found a nice #100+ stone to carry. Did 4 carries x 100+ steps each. Wanted to bring it back with me but Jen vetoed the idea.
