Huge DL night for Kevin, 480x1 was a gym PR for him and he hit it for 2.

Ric-Deadlift
Deload due to pulled hamstring. Did some singles up to 380

Pull Ups
50 total reps

Decline Sit Ups
3 sets 12-15 reps w/15# behind head.
