Skipped squat day entirely to rest hamstring. Have a massage scheduled today.

Deload week so I did 3 sets of 15-20 of:
Band Ab Pulldown
Upright Row
Kettlebell High Pull
Tate Press
Nautilus Curl

30 min incline walking
