Squat 5/3/1

Worked up to an easy 455x1 having not squatted for 8+ years!

365x1, 405x1, 455x1
Did singles to test my hamstring. Didn't feel any strain until the 455, it wasn't painful, but I could feel it.

Did delaod for accessories to be sure I didn't push the ham too far.

Leg Press/Good Morning/Ab Pulldowns 3 sets of 15 reps each
